Silvia Gurgone

Dr. Silvia Gurgone is a dermatologist at the Istituto Dermoclinico Vita Cutis at the Palazzo della Salute – Wellness Clinic.

In 2009, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Catania and in 2015 received a specialization in dermatology and venereology at the same university.

During her career, she has gained extensive experience in the management of outpatient dermatological activities, having worked in many Italian dermatological centers. Over the years, she has also expanded her experience with lasers (switched fractional Nd-Yag-q, LP, RF and LED light) as well as applied her skills in running a video dermoscopy service.

At the Istituto Dermoclinico Vita Cutis in the Palazzo della Salute – Wellness Clinic, she mainly conducts clinical dermatology visits for the diagnosis and treatment of skin defects caused by diseases such as atopic dermatitis, inflammatory and autoimmune dermatoses, acne, rosacea, alopecia of various types.
