Giovanna Piragine
Biography
Dr. Giovanna Piragine is a radiologist at Casa di Cura La Madonnina.
In 1989, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Milan, and in 1994 received a specialty in radiology.
From the very beginning, she devoted herself to the diagnosis of breast cancer.
During her career, she has worked at the National Cancer Institute, Ospedale Buzzi and Ospedale Niguarda Ca' Granda.
He has been engaged in breast diagnostics for more than 25 years and conducts about 5,000 examinations per year, including mammography, ultrasound of the mammary glands and MRI of the mammary glands.
With 20 years of experience in major Milan hospitals, she currently operates in private institutions, including Casa di Cura La Madonnina, and also works in the canton of Ticino.
She is a member of the team of the mammology department, certified as a qualified mammologist.
He has about 20 scientific publications in national and international journals.
