Gabriele Sorini

Biography

Dr. Gabriele Sorini is an Orthopedist and Traumatologist in the Department of Robotic Prosthetic Surgery directed by Dr. Patrizio Caldora.

After graduating in Medicine and Surgery in 2013 from the University of Siena, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2020 at the University of Perugia. He deepens his studies over the years with fellowships: in 2018 "Surgery of the Upper and Lower Limb" at Campus Biomedico in Rome and on "Microsurgery of the Hand" at Ospedale Santa Maria in Terni, in 2020 in "Musculoskeletal Oncology" at CTO Orthopedic Trauma Center in Careggi and on "Computer-Assisted Prosthetic Knee Surgery" at San Giuseppe Hospital in Arezzo.

Dr. Sorini focuses on the arthroscopic treatment of capsuloligamentous injuries of the shoulder and knee, orthopedic hand disorders, and the use of robotic technology in shoulder, hip, and knee prosthetic surgery. He also holds the position of Medical Officer at the International Motorcycle Federation in Geneva and a member of the Racing Medical Team in Turin.

He is an author and co-author of several scientific publications, and constantly participates in national and international congresses in the field.
