Stefano Cereda
Biography
Doctor Stefano Cereda is a Senior Assistant of Medical Oncology at the San Raffaele Research Hospital.
His clinical and research activities focused on neoplastic diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract (pancreatic cancer, gall bladder cancer, bile duct tumors, stomach and esophagus cancer) and of the genito-urinary tract (bladder, kidney, prostate).
Dr. Cereda also acts as a clinical and scientific consultant for medical providers and website platforms.
Dr. Cereda is a winner of Federico Calabresi Foundation’s award for the under-40 best scientific publication in the field of oncology. Also, won grant for clinical trial on the treatment of advanced biliary adenocarcinoma, instituted by ROL network and funded by Regione Lombardia.
He is author and co-author of over 50 publications in main international scientific journals. He is first author and co-author of over 100 presentations in national and international conferences.
Dr. Cereda is a founder member of the Italian Group of Colangiocarcinoma (GICO).
