Biography
Dr. Silvia Raimondi Cominesi is a thoracic surgeon in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele under the supervision of Professor Giampiero Negri.
After graduating in 2009 from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Vita-Salute San Raffaele, she specialized in thoracic surgery in 2015 at the same university.
Clinically, Dr. Raimondi Cominesi is mainly engaged in minimally invasive or open surgical treatment of primary or metastatic oncological pathology of the chest (pulmonary, pleural and mediastinal), respiratory tract surgery and surgical treatment of non-oncological pathologies such as pneumothorax, pleural empyema, thoracic endometriosis, hyperhidrosis, chest injury.
Finally, the doctor deals with both diagnostic and interventional thoracic endoscopic procedures.
