Paolo Arrigoni
Biography
Dr. Paolo Arrigoni is an orthopedic specialist at the IRCCS Policlinico San Donato and consultant orthopedist at the Casa di Cura La Madonnina and Istituto Ortopedico Gaetano Pini.
In 2001 he graduated with honors from the Medical and Surgical Faculty of the Milan State University of Bicocca, in 2007 he received a specialization with honors in orthopedics and traumatology at the University of Milan.
Based on his numerous international experiences, two scholarships should be remembered:
- Shoulder surgery and arthroscopy by Dr. Sthephen S. Burkhart in San Antonio, Texas, 2004
- Elbow and Wrist Surgery by Dr. Srinath Kamineni in London, UK, 2006
Dr. Arrigoni is engaged in surgery and arthroscopy of the upper extremities:
- Shoulder
- Elbow
- Wrist.
Member of the Elbow and Forearm Committee of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA) and former President of the ESSKA Elbow and Wrist Committee. In addition to this, he is also Vice President of the SIAGASCOT Elbow and Wrist Committee.
His scientific activity at the global level is evidenced by his teaching activities at courses of national and international competitions and a significant number of articles that have become the subject of peer review and are accompanied by the Fukuda Prize: the highest award of the Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, which he received in Edinburgh in 2010.
