Biography

Dr. Nicoletta Saporiti is an allergist in the Department of Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergology and Rare Diseases at the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele under the supervision of Professor Lorenzo Dagna.

After graduating from the University of Milan in Medicine and Surgery in 1987, she received a specialization in allergology and clinical immunology at the same university in 1990.

Clinically, Dr. Saporiti mainly deals with respiratory, food, drug allergies and urticaria/Quincke's edema. The doctor has a special experience in conducting skin tests and tests for drug allergies (including contrast agents, anesthetics, chemotherapy).

In addition, Dr. Saporiti is responsible for the quality of the Allergy Center and maintaining the quality standards required by ISO-9001 certification.

As for research activities, the doctor participates in the recruitment and management of patients included in national and international clinical trials.

He is the author and co-author of several scientific articles published in national and international journals and book chapters on medical therapy. Participates as a speaker at national and international industry congresses.

He is also a partner of the Italian Society of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology (SIAAIC).
