Michele Frigerio
Biography
Dr. Michele Frigerio is a Neuroradiologist at the Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia and the Istituto Clinico Sant’Anna.
He earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Brescia in 2003 and later specialized in Radiodiagnostics at the same university in 2007.
Currently, Dr. Frigerio works as a Neuroradiologist at the Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia, where he focuses on diagnostic and interventional spinal Neuroradiology.
With over 15 years of experience in diagnostic Neuroradiology, he has performed CT scans, MRI scans, cerebral angiographies, and has developed significant expertise in interventional Neuroradiology.
Dr. Frigerio has particularly extensive experience in spinal interventions, having conducted over 1,000 procedures, including vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, minimally invasive treatments for discal and vertebral osteoarticular pathologies, and vertebral biopsies.
He is also involved in the interpretation of Neuroradiological CT and MRI exams and performs minimally invasive procedures like vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty for the treatment of vertebral fractures due to osteoporosis, trauma, or neoplasia. Additionally, he performs percutaneous vertebral biopsies for diagnostic purposes and infiltration treatments for disc herniations or vertebral osteoarticular pathologies under radiological guidance.
