Matteo Vitali

Biography

Dr. Matteo Vitali is an orthopedist in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele under the supervision of Professor Vincenzo Salini.

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University of Milan in 2002, he specialized in orthopedics and traumatology at the University of Milan in 2008.

Dr. Vitali mainly deals with pathology of the shoulder and knee joints and sports traumatology. From 2015 to the present day, he has been an integral part of the medical staff of the F.I.G.C men's national football teams.

In addition to this, the doctor focuses his research and clinical activities on regenerative therapies (Ortokine, PRP, BMAC and ADSC) in the field of orthopedics for the treatment of degenerative pathologies of the joints and tendons.

He is the author of more than twenty original scientific articles published in domestic and foreign journals. His Hirsch Index is XX. Constantly takes part in national and international industry congresses.
