Massimiliano Nuzzi

Dr. Massimiliano Nuzzi is an assistant in the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care in San Raffaele Turro, belonging to the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care of the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele under the supervision of Professor Alberto Zangrillo.

After graduating from the University of Parma in 2003 with a degree in Medicine and Surgery, in 2007 he specialized in anesthesia and intensive care at the same institute. During his postgraduate studies, he is studying at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh (USA).

Clinically, Dr. Nuzzi is an expert in general and local and regional anesthesia (central blocks) and anesthesia in psychiatric procedures (electroshock). He is also interested in placing central venous catheters under ultrasound control and has clinical experience in videolaryngoscopy.

He is the author and co-author of 14 publications in industry scientific journals and book sections. His Hirsch Index is 11. Constantly takes part in national and international industry congresses.
