Francesco Mapelli Mozzi
Dr. Francesco Mapelli Mozzi is an orthopedic surgeon in the Operating Department of Traumatology and First Aid of the IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi.
In 1982 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan, where he also received a specialization in orthopedics and traumatology in 1987.
As a student, from 1977 to graduation and specialization at the same institute until 1986, he often attended the Centro Traumatologico Ortopedico in Milan. In 1987, he specialized in the Clinica Ortopedica of the University of Milan.
From 1988 to 1994 he was an assistant physician at the orthopedic clinic Ospedale San Paolo in Milan, where he subsequently became an assistant from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, he worked as an assistant in the Orthopedics department of the Humanitas Clinical Institute, and in 2000 he moved to Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi.
Since 2005, Dr. Mapelli Mozzi has been engaged in traumatological limb surgery and training of young colleagues.
