Diego Bazza

Dr. Diego Bazza is a radiologist at the Radiology and Imaging Diagnostics Service of Policlinico San Pietro. He also collaborates with Smart Clinic.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1997 from the University of Pavia and specialized in Diagnostic Radiology in 1980 at the University of Padua.

During his specialization, he gained experience with radiological techniques, particularly Computed Tomography (CT) and mammographic methods. His primary area of interest is radiology applied to cancer diagnosis, a field he has continued to explore over the years. From 1986 to 1996, he served as Head of the Radiology and Imaging Diagnostics Unit at Policlinico San Marco, and later moved to the same unit at Policlinico San Pietro.

Dr. Bazza has participated in numerous national and international conferences and continuing education courses, often as a speaker, particularly in the fields of mammology and radiological-orthopedic imaging. He has authored several publications and is a member of the Italian Society of Medical Radiology.
