Alessandro Vercelli

Dr. Alessandro Vercelli is the head of the Radiology Service at the Institute of Care Città di Pavia and the Istituto Clinico Beato Matteo.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1998 and specialized in Radiodiagnostics in 2002. Following his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia in 1998, he continued his training at the same university, obtaining his specialization in Radiodiagnostics at the Institute of Radiology.

From 2001 to 2006, he worked at the IRCCS Fondazione San Matteo in Pavia as a Level I Medical Officer.

From 2006 to 2017, he was a Confirmed Researcher at the University of Pavia, as well as a Specialist Radiologist at the IRCCS Fondazione San Matteo. He is a lecturer in Imaging Diagnostics and Radiotherapy at the University of Pavia for the Residency Program in Radiodiagnostics, the Degree Course in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics, and the Degree Course in Nursing.

At both institutions, Dr. Vercelli specializes in:

Throughout his career, he has authored and co-authored over 20 publications in international journals and has participated as a speaker in numerous courses and conferences.
