When is this procedure indicated?
Minilifting allows to rejuvenate the face by repositioning and lifting the tissues that have slid downwards due to ageing.
How is it performed?
It is a surgical procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia with sedation, with a duration varying from about 1 to 2 hours. The scarring is contained just in front or at the edge of the ear anteriorly with minimal extension upward and behind the ear. It is possible to lift improving the contour in the zygomatic site and the mandibular profile.
Recovery
The social life and working activities can be resumed after about a week avoiding physical exertion.
