The Neurosurgery area at Gruppo San Donato is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions, including oncological, vascular, spinal, and traumatic disorders.

Ospedale San Raffaele is recognized as a leading national and international center for complex neurosurgical conditions, such as pituitary tumors. The hospital offers the most advanced surgical treatments, including minimally invasive brain and spinal surgery, two-dimensional and three-dimensional endoscopy, and precision radiosurgery with Gamma Knife, treating over 1,000 patients per year.

The new Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio is another center of excellence for neurosurgery.
