Neurology specialists manage pathologies and disorders of central and peripheral nervous systems and of muscles in children and adults.

Gruppo San Donato established a dedicated Stroke Unit with 8 beds for semi-intensive care. In addition, departments of Neurology offer highly specialized outpatient services, including Complex Outpatient Macroactivity (MAC), Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology Service.

Moreover, Neurology Departments are in close collaboration with the Institute of Experimental Neurology, a research center of neurological diseases and pharmaceutical experimentation.
