Valerio Moleri
Biography
Dr. Valerio Moleri is a vascular surgeon at the Vascular Surgery Unit of Policlinico San Marco and Smart Clinic.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Brescia in 2000 and completed his specialization in Vascular Surgery at the University of Milan in 2003. He later pursued an advanced training Master’s in Non-Invasive Vascular Diagnostics.
Dr. Moleri’s career at Policlinico San Marco began in 2000 as a volunteer doctor in the Vascular Surgery Unit, and in 2007, he became a senior physician. Throughout his professional career, he has performed over 5,000 minor vascular surgeries and more than 1,000 major vascular surgeries.
He has attended theoretical and practical courses on the use of ECD (venous Doppler ultrasound of the lower and upper limbs, carotid, and vertebral arteries), ultrasound-guided scleromousse therapy for venous diseases and telangiectasias, laser thermal ablation techniques for venous insufficiency, and the Chiva technique for treating venous insufficiency.
Dr. Moleri has presented papers at national vascular surgery conferences and authored scientific articles published in angiology and vascular and endovascular surgery journals.
