Umberto De Benedetto
Biography
Dr. Umberto De Benedetto works in the Ophthalmology Unit at the Istituto di Cura Città di Pavia.
He earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan in 2007 and later specialized in Ophthalmology at the same university in 2012.
Dr. De Benedetto has worked in various hospital settings, most recently, since 2015, as a Medical Officer at the Azienda Socio Sanitaria Territoriale di Pavia – Ospedale di Voghera.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in cataract surgery and the administration of intravitreal therapies.
He is also the author and co-author of scientific articles published in both national and international journals.
