Riccardo Cividini
Biography
Dr. Riccardo Cividini is an urologist at the Urology Unit of Villa Erbosa. He also collaborates with Villa Chiara.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 2010 and specialized in Urology at the same university in 2016.
Dr. Cividini began focusing on urology in 2008, when he joined the Urology Department led by Prof. Martorana at Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi. After obtaining his medical degree, he continued working in the Urology Department as a resident.
In 2011, he won a specialty position in Urology at the Urological Clinic of Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi, where he worked until 2016.
Currently, he is part of the Urology team at Villa Erbosa, where he engages in surgical, diagnostic, and outpatient activities.
At the urology clinic, he performs:
- Urological and andrological consultations
- Specialist diagnostic tests such as transrectal prostate ultrasound
- Testicular and penile Doppler ultrasound (both basal and dynamic)
- Transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy
His surgical treatments include both traditional open techniques and minimally invasive and endoscopic methods.
