Renzo Roncuzzi
Biography
Dr. Renzo Roncuzzi is a cardiologist and the Head of the Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Clinic (accredited by SIIA) at the Cardiology Service in Villa Erbosa, Bologna.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 1981. In 1985, he obtained his specialization in Cardiology from the same university.
During his specialization, he attended the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases at the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic full-time.
From 1985 to 2018, he worked as a hospital medical director of cardiology at Bellaria Hospital in Bologna.
He currently practices as a freelance cardiologist at the Cardiology Service of Villa Erbosa, where he performs:
- Cardiology consultations
- Echocardiograms
- Stress tests
- Holter monitoring
- 24-hour blood pressure monitoring (blood pressure Holter)
He also participates in cardiology consulting activities in the hospital's various departments.
He has numerous collaborations with scientific journals from 2003, 2007, and 2008 and served as an External Referee for the scientific journal *Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics* (Impact Factor = 13.122).
Additionally, he has authored two book chapters, 23 publications in national and international journals, and 99 abstracts.
