Paolo Serboli
Biography
Dr. Paolo Serboli is the Head of the Emergency and Admissions Unit at Policlinico San Pietro.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1990 and received two scholarships at the Medical Clinic of San Gerardo Hospital in Monza (1991 and 1992), where he completed his professional training from 1987 to 1995. In 1994, he specialized in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy at the University of Pavia.
From 1993 to 1997, Dr. Serboli was in charge of the medical guard service at the Socio-Health Unit 9 of Saronno and served as a Specialist Consultant for the Alcohol Unit of Monza Hospital. He then became a Medical Assistant in the General Medicine Unit at Policlinico San Pietro (1997-2005) and later served as Deputy Medical Assistant and Vice Head of the Emergency Department. In 2016, he became Deputy Medical Director of the same institution. Additionally, he is a contract professor at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan and a Medical Consultant at the Rota Foundation.
Throughout his career, Dr. Serboli has participated as a speaker at over fifty conferences and refresher courses both in Italy and abroad. He is also the co-author of several articles published in national and international journals.
