Paola Colombini

Dr. Paola Colombini is a psychologist at the RAF Points in Washington and Santa Croce.

She graduated in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Padua in 1996. Following her degree, she completed her post-graduate internship at the Clinical Psychology Service of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele from 1996 to 1997. She has consistently updated her skills through various training courses, particularly in Occupational Clinical Psychology.

In 1997, shortly after obtaining her professional qualification, she began collaborating with H San Raffaele Resnati.

During her 25 years at this institution, she gained extensive experience in Occupational Medicine. Her roles included:

• Coordination as a Reference Psychologist
• Psychodiagnostics, conducting psychological and psychometric evaluations for workers to issue fitness judgments by Competent Physicians
• Risk Assessment for Work-Related Stress for various Italian companies

Additionally, she has 10 years of experience in Corporate Training on Psychosocial Risks and Work-Related Stress, particularly with Saipem S.p.A.

Currently, she focuses on ambulatory psychological services in a private practice setting at the RAF Points on Via Washington and Via Santa Croce. Since 2002, her practice includes Psychological and Psychodiagnostic Assessments, Counseling, and Psychological Support, including for work-related distress.
