Biography

Dr. Nikolaos Kokolas is an anesthesiologist and intensivist at the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit of Policlinico San Pietro.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of L'Aquila in 2012 and then specialized in Anesthesia and Intensive Care in 2019 at the Military Hospital of Athens. During his studies, he also gained international experience in Germany, England, Belgium, Spain, and Italy. He completed a master's degree in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and served in the military during the second half of 2013.

Since 2019, Dr. Kokolas has worked as an anesthesiologist and intensivist in various hospitals in Athens, Greece. He has experience in intensive care, emergency services, and has also served as medical staff for air rescue and air ambulances in both Greece and internationally.
