Matteo Bianchi
Biography
Dott. Matteo Bianchi is an orthopedic surgeon in the Orthopedic Unit at the Istituto di Cura Città di Pavia.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia in 1984, where he also specialized in Orthopedics in 1989 and in Sports Medicine in 1993.
In 1990, Dr. Bianchi completed a fellowship at Cornell University’s Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and the University of Utah’s Knee and Sports Medicine Center in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Bianchi has served as a Court-Appointed Technical Consultant in Orthopedics at the Pavia Court and has worked in the Orthopedic Divisions of the ASSTs of Sondrio and Voghera (PV).
His areas of expertise include trauma surgery, microsurgery, arthroscopy, and surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, and foot. He also performs hip, shoulder, and knee replacement surgeries.
Dr. Bianchi is the author of several publications on hand and knee surgery.
