Biography
Dr. Linda Fezzardi is the Director of the Laboratory Medicine Service at Istituto Clinico S. Rocco and also serves as an Assistant in the Laboratory Medicine Service at Istituto Clinico S. Anna in Brescia. Additionally, she is a Lecturer at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Bergamo campus, in the Nursing degree program.
At Istituto San Rocco, Dr. Fezzardi not only defines the management objectives of the Service in coordination with the Medical Coordinator and the Health Directorate but also manages internal and external quality controls, verifies the suitability of equipment, and is responsible for microscopic diagnostics.
Throughout her professional career, Dr. Fezzardi has gained significant experience in clinical chemistry and microbiology laboratories. Through a scholarship at the I.Z.S.L.E.R. Cell Substrates Center, Brescia section, awarded during the final stage of her training, she developed new cellular models and evaluated their potential applications in healthcare.
