Biography
Dr. Leonino Alessio Leone is a vascular surgeon at the Vascular Surgery Unit of IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi – Sant’Ambrogio. He also collaborates with Palazzo della Salute - Wellness Clinic.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1998, and specialized in Vascular Surgery at the same institution in 2004. In 2001, he completed the “Advanced Theoretical-Practical Course in Carotid and Vertebral Ecocolor Doppler” at the Vascular Diagnostics Society in Milan, and in 2005, he attended the Level II Master’s program in Endovascular Techniques at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Dr. Leone has worked in various hospitals within the San Donato Group, serving in Bergamo and Milan. His expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of all vascular diseases, performing both traditional 'open' surgery and modern, minimally invasive endovascular techniques. He also conducts non-invasive vascular diagnostics (Ecocolor Doppler) for all body areas and treats difficult ulcers.
Throughout his career, Dr. Leone has focused on research, contributing a significant number of scientific publications covering the entire field of Vascular Surgery.
