Laura Menicatti
Biography
Dr. Laura Silvia Maria Menicatti is an endocrinologist at the Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases Service at the Istituto Clinico San Siro.
She graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1989 and completed her specialization in Endocrinology there in 1992.
From 1985 to 1992 and subsequently from 2001 to 2004, she collaborated on research activities, both in the ward and in outpatient clinics, at the Endocrinology Division of Ospedale Niguarda in Milan.
From 2004 to 2008, she worked in the ward, research, and outpatient settings at the Endocrinology and Diabetology Unit of Ospedale S. Anna in Como, Mariano Comense.
In 2008/09, she conducted research in endocrinology and diabetology at Ospedale Luigi Sacco in Milan on behalf of the University of Milan.
From 2009 to 2012, she continued research and clinical activities in the Diabetes Service at Ospedale Niguarda in Milan, and from March 2012 to 2015 at the Diabetes/Endocrinology Structure of Ospedale Fatebenefratelli in Milan.
Dr. Menicatti specializes in the diagnostic assessment and clinical and therapeutic management of diabetes mellitus and endocrine diseases. She also provides outpatient care in both diabetology and endocrinology.
