Giuseppe Tiziano Girotti
Biography
Dr. Giuseppe Tiziano Girotti is an anesthesiologist and intensivist at the Anesthesiology and Otorhinolaryngology Units of the Istituto Clinico Beato Matteo.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1976, and specialized in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the same university in 1979. In 1982, he also completed a specialization in Otorhinolaryngology at the University of Milan.
In 1986, he obtained certification as a head hospital anesthesiologist.
During his medical degree, he completed mandatory training at the Ca' Granda Niguarda Hospital in Milan. He later earned certification as a head hospital anesthesiologist at Magenta Hospital, where he served as an assistant from 1978 to 1988 and as a deputy from 1988 to 1990.
Since 1990, he has held organizational responsibility at the Istituto Clinico Beato Matteo, and from 2002 onwards, he has been appointed as the director of the complex structure.
Dr. Girotti practices as an anesthesiologist and intensivist in the operating rooms and intensive care unit. He is also involved in managing difficult airways in anesthesia, assisted ventilation in intensive care, and care for myelopathic patients.
