Giulia Fioravanti

Dr. Giulia Fioravanti is an ophthalmologist at Villa Chiara in Bologna.

She graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 2011 and specialized with honors in Ophthalmology at the Ophthalmology Clinic of the University of Ferrara in July 2016, during which she contributed to several scientific works.

Dr. Fioravanti has completed numerous study and work stays in the United States, particularly as a Fellow at the Oculoplastic Unit of the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and at the Mackool Eye Institute in New York, the world’s leading center for Cataract and Refractive Surgery, with which she maintains continuous contact.

Since 2015, she has spent periods in India where she has performed many surgeries.

Dr. Fioravanti has performed numerous cataract surgeries, glaucoma surgeries, eyelid surgeries/blepharoplasty, other eyelid surgeries, and Femto Lasik as the primary operator.

She also provides YAG Laser treatments for the anterior segment of the eye, Argon Laser treatments for retinal conditions, and intravitreal injections for maculopathies.

After completing numerous national and international courses, Dr. Fioravanti specializes in facial rejuvenation, offering dermal fillers, Botox, and eyelid surgery/blepharoplasty.

She is a member of the SOI (Italian Ophthalmological Society) and the ESCRS (European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery).

Dr. Fioravanti consistently participates in national and international conferences.
