Gennaro Semeraro

Dr. Gennaro Semeraro is a cardiologist at the Cardiology and Hemodynamics Unit of Policlinico San Marco, where he is involved, among other activities, in diagnosis (through first- and second-level echocardiography) and clinical management of valvular heart disease, structural cardiac defects, and follow-up of patients with ischemic heart disease and/or heart failure.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from "Sapienza" University of Rome in 2014 and obtained a specialization in Cardiovascular Diseases from the same university in 2019.

Dr. Semeraro worked as a Specialist Doctor at the Hospital of Rozzano and at Policlinico Umberto I in Rome, and later as a Researcher in Cardio-Oncology at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan.

Additionally, he won the ECHOQUIZ 80th at the Italian Society of Cardiology Congress and has authored scientific publications.
