Ciro Salvatore Vella
Biography
Dr. Ciro Salvatore Vella is a cardiologist at Smart Clinic.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Palermo in 2014, and in 2019, he completed his specialization in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Milan-Bicocca, both with honors. The year after his specialization, he earned a second-level Master’s degree in Hemodynamics from the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.
Throughout his career, he has worked as an interventional cardiology consultant at the Hemodynamics Unit of the IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital in Milan.
His areas of interest include the treatment of ischemic heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, and congenital heart defects in adults.
Dr. Vella has presented research studies at numerous national and international conferences organized by major European cardiology societies.
