Biography

Dr. Chiara Saccomani is a nutritionist at the Diabetology and Metabolic Diseases Service at IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Milan, followed by a master's degree in Biology Applied to Nutritional Sciences from the same institution in 2014. After completing her master's degree, Dr. Saccomani pursued various training and professional development experiences in clinical nutrition at both public and private institutions.

From 2015 to 2019, she collaborated with IRCCS Policlinico San Donato as part of the EAT Educational program, teaching nutrition education and conducting anthropometric measurements of students. She also analyzed the collected data in schools participating in the project.

Dr. Saccomani conducts dietary consultations and nutrition education in collaboration with Dr. Lelio Morricone, the head of the service, providing personalized meal plans and body composition analysis.

She also performs follow-up appointments to monitor patients' progress.
