Carla Auguadro

Dr. Carla Auguadro is a cardiologist at the Cardiology and Hemodynamics Unit of Policlinico San Marco. She also collaborates with Smart Clinic.

She graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1990 from the University of Pavia and completed her specialization in Cardiology at the same university in 1996. She furthered her education with a PhD in Cardiovascular Pathophysiology at the Department of Cardiology, Policlinico di Pavia.

Throughout her career, working with hospital facilities in Pavia, Monza Brianza, and the Milan area, she has gained extensive experience in inpatient wards, intensive cardiology units, and non-invasive cardiology, hemodynamics, and inherited arrhythmogenic heart diseases.

Over the years, she has participated in numerous clinical trials, focusing particularly on the study of genetic polymorphisms in patients with myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease, as well as drug trials for patients with ischemic heart disease, where she has also served as the principal investigator.

She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific articles published in national and international journals and has participated in various national and international conferences and continuing education courses.
