Camil Joseph Zaatar

Dr. Camil Joseph Zaatar is the Head of the Urology Unit at Policlinico San Marco.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1985 and specialized in Urology in 1990 at the same institution.

Dr. Zaatar worked in the Urology Department of Policlinico San Marco from 1988 to 1990, holding positions as Assistant and Associate until 2010. From 2010 onwards, he became the Head of the Urology Unit at Policlinico San Pietro, which, along with Policlinico San Marco, is part of the Bergamaschi Hospital Institutes. He has also provided consultancy services at Casa di Riposo PIO Albergo Trivulzio and IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi in Milan.

He has performed over 1,000 traditional and endoscopic urological surgeries throughout his career and has participated in numerous national and international urology congresses and conferences. Dr. Zaatar is a member of prestigious scientific societies, including the Italian Urological Society, the Association of Italian Hospital Urologists, and the European Association of Urology.
