Anna Bellissimo
Biography
Dr. Anna Bellissimo is a psychologist and sexual consultant at Smart Clinic.
She earned her degree in “Psychological Sciences and Techniques of Clinical Evaluation and Counseling” in 2005 from La Sapienza University in Rome. In 2008, she completed her specialized degree in “Dynamic and Clinical Psychology of Childhood, Adolescence, and Family” at the same institution.
After obtaining her specialized degree, Dr. Bellissimo continued her education by attending numerous courses in:
- Psychological Counseling
- Wellness Psychology
- Sexual Counseling
- Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
Her career began in 2004 as a trainee psychologist and volunteer assistant at Local Health Authorities and various hospitals in Rome and the surrounding areas. There, she gained extensive experience in clinical patient assessment and managing therapeutic groups. She also expanded her skills in administering and processing personality tests, participating in drug addiction prevention activities, and conducting counseling sessions for students.
From 2015 to the present, Dr. Bellissimo has collaborated with numerous medical practices and consulting firms as a psychologist, working with both adults and adolescents. As a sexual consultant, she conducts individual and group sessions aimed at understanding and resolving major sexual dysfunctions, promoting change, and improving sexual well-being.
