Alessandro Terrani
Biography
Dr. Alessandro Terrani is an anesthesiologist at the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit of Policlinico San Marco.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 2006, later specializing in Anesthesia and Intensive Care.
Throughout his career, Dr. Terrani has served as a Medical Director at Ospedale San Carlo Borromeo in Milan and Ospedale di Desio-Vimercate.
He has also been a lecturer and instructor in several hospitals, particularly for the European Paediatric Life Support (EPCS) course. Additionally, he is the inventor of the patented "Translaryngeal Tracheostomy Needle Introducer (tTNI)," a device designed for optimal needle positioning in percutaneous tracheostomy techniques, and has authored or co-authored several scientific articles.
