Biography

Dr. Alessandro Oriani is a physician in the Department of Anesthesia and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Resuscitation at the Ospedale San Raffaele Clinical Research Institute, headed by Professor Alberto Zangrillo.

After graduating in 2008 from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan, he specialized in anesthesia, resuscitation and intensive care at the same university in 2014.

Dr. Oriani conducts his clinical activities focusing on patients with heart disease who require cardiac surgery, hemodynamic interventions and cardioelectrophysiological examinations. In particular, the doctor deals with the treatment of low cardiac output syndrome with the use of mechanical and pharmacological support. In addition, the doctor also transports patients in critical condition.

He is the author of 15 scientific articles in national and international journals. His Hirsch index is 5. He constantly participates in national and international industry congresses.
