Alberto Sgarbossa
Biography
Dr. Alberto Sgarbossa is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand surgery at the Orthopedics II unit of Istituto Clinico S.Anna in Brescia.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Padua in 2002 and completed his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Verona in 2007. In 2002, he undertook a post-graduate internship at Vall D'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona.
Dr. Sgarbossa focuses on upper limb pathologies, specifically the shoulder, elbow, and hand. He is skilled in both micro-surgical and arthroscopic surgical treatments for elective and traumatic conditions of the upper limb, with particular interest in shoulder and elbow arthroscopy and the small joints from the wrist to the metacarpophalangeal joints.
Following his degree, he has attended numerous advanced courses to enhance his expertise, including:
