Alberto Gaetano Riboldi

Dr. Alberto Gaetano Riboldi is a surgeon at the General Surgery Unit of Istituto Clinico Città di Brescia.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan, where he later specialized in Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. In 2017, he completed a Master's degree in Oncoplasty (CORE) at Città della Salute in Turin. He has also attended universities in other European cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Marseille, and Nice.

As the lead surgeon, he has performed over 20,000 operations in General Surgery, Oncoplasty, and both Demolitive and Reconstructive Breast Surgery, as well as more than 3,000 aesthetic surgeries. Highly active in research, Dr. Alberto Gaetano Riboldi is the creator and instructor of a technique for reconstructing and reshaping the mammary gland after quadrantectomy using a dermoglandular fascial flap. He has also patented a vacuum therapy device for hair vascularization and regrowth.

He is a speaker at numerous conferences organized by the Italian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, covering topics in General, Plastic, Bariatric, Dermatological, Diabetic Foot, Ulcer, Breast, Oncoplastic Surgery, and Hyperbaric Medicine.

Dr. Riboldi collaborates as an editor for the journal Medicina Bresciana and is the author of over 50 scientific articles.
