Riccardo Caccialanza 医生是 IRCCS San Raffaele 医院的特聘顾问,担任临床营养科区域协调负责人。

他是 160 多篇国际期刊文章的作者,主持多个与癌症营养支持相关的临床研究,特别关注身体成分和免疫营养。他也在住院营养不良和罕见疾病方面(如短肠综合征、系统性硬化症、淀粉样变)从事研究。
