Biografie
Dr. Luca Ming Wang Gala is an orthopedic surgeon at the CROM - Reconstructive Surgery and Minimally Invasive Orthopedics Unit of IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 2007 and specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the same university in 2013.
From 2013 to 2014, he completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the University of Ottawa, Canada.
From 2015 until early 2023, he worked as a medical director at ASST Gaetano Pini CTO in Milan.
His main areas of focus include:
- Minimally invasive hip surgery (via anterior approach)
- Minimally invasive knee surgery, including robotic navigation
- Revision of prostheses using minimally invasive techniques
- Arthroscopic surgery of the hip and knee
Dr. Gala has authored several publications in national and international scientific journals and book chapters.
