Mario Papalia

Dr. Mario Papalia is the Head of the Otorhinolaryngology Unit at Policlinico San Pietro, which includes the ENT Endoscopy, Otomicroscopy, Audiology and Vestibology, and Speech Therapy Services.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia in 1985, where he also completed his specialization in Otorhinolaryngology in 1988. In 2019, he obtained a Master’s degree in Endoscopic ENT Surgery from the University of Insubria.

In addition to his clinical activities in the hospital, he is involved in university training as a tutor for the nasal endoscopic surgery courses at the University of Insubria and at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Dr. Papalia is a member of several scientific societies, including the Italian Society of Otorhinolaryngology and the Italian Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology.

He is the author of scientific articles published in national and international journals and has participated as a speaker at congresses and in clinical trials.
