Dr. Vito Angelo Chimienti is a cardiologist at Centro Diagnostica Treviglio.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia in 1988 and specialized in Cardiology at the same university in 1993.
Dr. Chimienti is a Medical Director of Cardiology at the Cardiology Unit of Istituto Clinico Sant’Anna in Brescia. His work focuses on heart failure, ischemic heart disease, atrial fibrillation, cardiology, and non-invasive vascular diagnostics. He also provides cardiology services in the Emergency Department. Previously, he has worked in various hospitals in the Bergamo area.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chimienti has been involved in both outpatient care (including echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, Holter ECG, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and stress tests) and inpatient care, managing patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting, valve surgery, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), peripheral vascular diseases, and heart failure.
