个人简介

Gianpaolo Balzano医生是米兰IRCCS圣拉斐尔科学研究医院胰腺外科下属的手术部门负责人，在Massimo Falconi教授的指导下开展工作。

1989年，Balzano医生毕业于米兰国立大学医学院，1994年以第一名的成绩获得急诊外科与急救专业学位。Balzano医生于1997年担任米兰圣拉斐尔科学研究医院普通外科的主任医师。2005年起，他开始担任胰腺外科的高级主任医师。

Balzano医生主要从事胰腺外科工作。作为主刀医生，他共实施过1000余台胰腺切除术，其中包括700台采用微创技术的十二指肠胰腺切除术和超过100台腹腔镜远端胰腺切除术。

除临床治疗外，Balzano医生还从事胰腺外科领域的研究，致力于改进手术技术，提高癌症患者的存活率。他曾发表过超过400篇科研论文，其中包括105篇IF文章（总IF为422）；H指数为35（Scopus，2019年7月）。

Balzano医生于2012年获得意大利国家普通外科一、二级领域大学理科教授任职资格。Balzano医生在各种科学协会担任高级职位，其中包括：IHPBA（国际肝胆胰协会）意大利分会的董事会成员；意大利胰腺研究协会（AISP）秘书和意大利肿瘤外科学会（SICO）胰腺癌学组协调员。

Balzano医生还是意大利急性胰腺炎、慢性胰腺炎和胰腺囊性病变治疗建议的编撰者之一。
