Katia Elena Zoccolan (Катя Елена Зокколан)

Dr. Katia Elena Zoccolan is an ultrasound specialist at Smart Clinic.

She graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1997, and specialized in Liver Diseases and Metabolism at the same university in 2001, with honors. In 2000, she obtained the SIUMB (Italian School of Ultrasonology in Medicine and Biology) diploma.

Her professional experience includes collaborating with the San Donato Group since 2002. Specifically, from 2002 to 2006, she worked in the ultrasound service at the Istituti Clinici Zucchi in Monza. Since 2019, she has also been involved in the ultrasound services at the RAF point of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan and Smart Clinic in Stezzano (BG). She has been working at the Smart Clinic on Via Calvi, Milan, since 2021.

Since 2011, Dr. Zoccolan has been a member of the Italian League for the Fight Against Cancer (LILT).

Her areas of interest include abdominal, breast, neck, and shoulder ultrasound techniques.
