Ionathan Seitanidis (Ионатан Сейтанидис)

Dr. Ionathan Seitanidis works at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato and is a physician specialized in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM), with expertise in physiatry, rehabilitation, and specialized physical medicine. He is also involved in research, publication, and scientific-academic dissemination in Italian, English, and Greek.

Born in 1979, Dr. Seitanidis began his career in 2009 after obtaining his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia, followed by a specialization in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM), which he completed in 2015 at the same university. In 2018, he completed a second-level master’s in Healthcare Management at eCampus University, acquiring the necessary skills for healthcare management roles.

Additionally, the specialist earned certification in Advanced Life Support (A.L.S.) in 2016 and 2020, as well as certifications in oxygen and ozone therapy from S.I.O.O.T, A.I.R.O, and Nuova F.I.O. (from 2015 to the present).

Dr. Seitanidis is a member of A.I.R.O. and Nuova F.I.O., scientific societies focused on oxygen and ozone therapy.

He has previously worked for the Auxologico Institute and the IRCCS Orthopedic Institute Galeazzi in Milan.

In July 2009, he received his license to practice medicine and registered with the Order of Physicians and Dentists.

Since January 2023, Dr. Seitanidis has held the position of consultant physiatrist and ozone therapist at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato, where he is responsible for:

• Initial physiatric consultations;
• Individual rehabilitation plans (IRP);
• Ozone therapy;
• Focused shockwave therapy;
• Hyaluronic acid and cortisone injections;
• Mesotherapy;
• Rehabilitation for obese patients.

Throughout his career, Dr. Seitanidis has been involved in research with academic publications dedicated to physiatry and rehabilitation, including:
