Биография
Dr. Fabrizio Colombo is the Internal Medicine Manager of the Solvent Area at IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio and collaborates with Casa di Cura La Madonnina.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1980 from the University of Milan and, at the same institution, specialized in Internal Medicine in 1985 and Cardiology in 1989. In 2000, he earned a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Pavia.
From 2003, he directed the Internal Medicine department at Niguarda Hospital and, from 2007, managed the multi-specialty medical department at the same hospital, organizing care activities by intensity of care.
Throughout his career, Dr. Colombo has focused on major internal and cardiovascular diseases, with particular emphasis on the clinical pharmacology of cardiovascular drugs.
He has also collaborated with the WHO on cardiovascular diseases (MONICA project) and coordinated and participated in numerous clinical trials.
Since 2011, he has been an adjunct professor at the School of Specialization in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Author of scientific papers published in national and international journals, he actively participates in national and international conferences in his field.
