Alberto Barchi 医生是 IRCCS 圣拉斐尔医院 胃肠病学与消化内镜科的胃肠病学专家，同时也在 IRCCS 圣拉斐尔图罗医院 开展协作工作。

他于 2019 年毕业于帕尔马大学医学与外科学专业，2025 年在 Vita-Salute San Raffaele 大学 完成消化系统疾病专科培训。

在专科培训期间，他获得了欧洲胃肠病学会（UEG）资助的 访问学者项目（Visiting Fellowship），前往著名的 阿姆斯特丹大学医学中心（UMC） 胃肠病科下属的 食管动力中心 深造。该中心是欧洲食管疾病的权威机构，特别在嗜酸性食管炎、胃食管反流、贲门失弛缓症、巴雷特食管、胃轻瘫等疾病方面处于领先地位，并配备最先进的诊断技术：高分辨率食管测压、24 小时食管 pH-阻抗检测、endoFLIP。

他的临床工作主要专注于 良性胃食管疾病的诊断与治疗，尤其是嗜酸性食管炎、胃食管反流、贲门失弛缓症和胃轻瘫。

他在消化生理病理功能科门诊工作，重点参与 嗜酸性食管炎门诊 与 贲门失弛缓症门诊，以及相关的食管动力功能检查（高分辨率测压、24 小时 pH-阻抗监测）。此外，他还进行门诊内镜操作，包括诊断与治疗性胃镜和结肠镜检查。

Barchi 医生的研究重点是 良性食管疾病，尤其是嗜酸性食管炎，包括临床和转化医学两个方向（参与嗜酸性食管炎生物样本库项目 EoEBiobank）。他参与多个国家级与国际临床研究项目，涉及嗜酸性食管炎、胃食管反流、巴雷特食管、贲门失弛缓症和胃轻瘫等领域。

他是 50 多篇相关科研文章的作者或合著者（H 指数为 12），是多个国内外知名胃肠病学学会（EUREOS、UEG、ESGE）的成员，并担任 国际食管疾病学会（ISDE） 指南委员会成员。

他也是各类国家级与国际学术会议的常邀发言人。
