Biografía
Dr. Carola Dubini is a biologist, researcher, and nutritionist at the Endocrinology Unit and the Clinical Nutrition and Cardiometabolic Prevention Service of IRCCS Policlinico San Donato in Milan. She also collaborates with Smart Clinic.
In 2018, she graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Milan. She has further specialized through specific training courses in areas such as women’s nutrition, nutrition for oncology patients, nutrition for obese patients, and ketogenic diets.
Dr. Dubini is actively involved in research activities promoted by IRCCS Policlinico San Donato and the Ministry of Health, and she is the author of scientific publications in national and international journals.
She is an elected member of the Youth and Communication Commission of the Italian Society of Obesity (SIO).
