Ricardo Antonio Ciliberto Pacheco

Dr. Ricardo Antonio Ciliberto Pacheco is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Traumatologist with the University Team of Regenerative and Reconstructive Orthopedics (E.U.O.R.R.) at IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio in Milan. He also collaborates with Istituto Clinico San Siro.

After earning his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2013, he had his qualification recognized in Italy at the University of Milan, where he later specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2022.

He completed an international experience as a Visiting Fellow at Orthopädisches Spital Speising in Vienna, a European center of excellence in hip and knee surgery, where he focused on the most advanced minimally invasive techniques, especially in hip preservation and prosthetic surgery.

He specializes in minimally invasive hip (anterior approach) and knee replacement, using techniques that promote rapid recovery and preserve the joint’s natural kinematics. He also treats meniscal and ligament injuries of the knee, particularly in sports medicine.

He carries out scientific research focused on degenerative diseases of the hip and knee. He is an active member of international scientific societies, including ESSKA and the Personalized Arthroplasty Society, where he serves on the “Resident & Fellowship” committee.

He is the author of several scientific publications in national and international journals.
